- I don't have a good photo of my grandchild. What can I do?
- We need one clear, front-facing photo. Ask the parents for a recent one, which also lets you check the spelling of the name. If you would rather leave the photo to them, give a Museme gift card: they upload a photo whenever they are ready, and the card never expires. How Museme gift cards work
- Can the book be shipped to my grandchild instead of to me?
- Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and the book goes straight to them. All copies in one order ship to the same address, so if you also want a copy at your own home, place it as a separate order.
- Can I order for several grandchildren?
- Yes, with one book per grandchild. Each book is made from that child's own photo and carries their name, so place one order for each child.
- Can grandma or grandpa appear in the paintings too?
- No. Each book paints one child from one photo, and that child is the subject of every page. Your part of the book is the dedication page, written in your words and signed with your name.
- What if we don't like the preview?
- You approve all twelve pages before anything prints, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve. If the finished book still disappoints, we remake it free or refund you in full.
