- Is this a Christmas story book?
- No. It's a personalized art book: twelve portraits of your child, each in the style of a different artist, with a short label about each one. You make it a Christmas gift with a holiday message on the dedication page, and it still gets read long after the holidays.
- Will it arrive before Christmas?
- Order by December 8 and approve your preview the day it arrives, and your book is due at a US address before Christmas. That date already leaves room for holiday carrier delays. The full preview arrives by email within 24 hours of ordering, printing starts as soon as you approve it, and the delivery section on this page shows the window for an order placed today. After December 8, give a gift card instead.
- What photo do I need?
- One clear, front-facing photo of your child. That's all we need to paint all twelve portraits.
- Can I order for several grandchildren?
- Each book is made for one child from that child's photo, so order one book per grandchild. For extra copies of the same child's book, such as one for the parents and one for the grandparents, choose two or three copies when you order.
- What if we don't like the preview?
- You approve all twelve pages before anything prints, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve. If the finished book still disappoints, we remake it free or refund you in full.
- What if it is too late to ship before Christmas?
- Give a Museme gift card. We can email it to them at 7:00 am on Christmas morning in their time zone, or to you to print and put under the tree. They upload a photo whenever they're ready, and the card never expires.
